There's Lots Happening in Our Town!
The Spirit Lake Chamber of Commerce sponsors several events throughout the year, Cardboard Boat Regatta, Labor Day on the Grass Car Show, plus the ever popular Father’s Day Big Back In Lawn Mower Drag Race.
The results of the Chamber's diligent efforts came to be in 2011 with the completion of the Downtown Revitalization project. The Pump Station by the lake was converted to The Family Fun Center, offering bike, canoe and paddle boat rentals in the summer and our newest addition, beautiful Fireside Park on the lake.

Upcoming Events:
April 8th, 2023 Easter Egg Hunt at 11am in the Big Park and Little Park sponsored by the Spirit Event Committee.
July 4th, Fourth of July Parade at 11am. Parade starts on 4th St. Vendors in the Big Park after the parade. sponsored by the Spirit Event Committee.
August 1st National Night Out starts at 4pm. Sponsored by the Police Department.
August 5thBoat Regatta. Races start at noon.
September 3rd Labor Day Car Show.
October 28th Fall Festival 12-6pm
